Our signs are made with MDF wood, and go through a rigorous process to ensure they'll look fabulous hanging in your office or home.
Each sign is cut to size then has two coats of sanding sealer applied, with sanding after each coat. Then two coats of primer are sprayed, with another sanding after the 2nd coat.
Then two coats of Behr Premium Plus paint are sprayed, and the sign is cut.
Finally, 6 coats of a semi-gloss poly are sprayed on the signs, with the final sanding after the 6th coat.
We then add d-rings and wire on the back so the signs can be hung in the location of your choice.
